How TOR started
Perceiving and honoring God's servants
Bishop Benjamin and Bishop Methusela Ramos started the Time of Refreshing ministry in 1997 because they have been the burden of the Lord for his hurting servants. The Ministry aims to encourage servants of God to keep on walking, boldly and faithfully in their calling, as well as to help local churches discover and experience the destiny God has designed for each of them by getting right with God, and perceiving, their Pastor.

TOR Mission & Vision
Restore and refresh servants of God!
Times of Refreshing has expensively traveled
and moved as a team to reach churches and church leaders.
The primary supreme vision of this ministry is to:
1. Restore and refresh Pastors and Church Leaders.
2. To help Church Leaders find the destiny to which God has called them.
3. Prepare spiritual fathers and sons, and release prophetic and apostolic ministry in His kingdom.
4. Direct each member of the local church congregation to perceive their Pastors as Holy Servants of God and recognized the Pastor’s God-given authority to release ministers in their respective churches.
